UN DOS Aviation Safety Management - Part II (AvTC-07-P2)


Description
The Aviation Safety Management training course aims at providing the aviation safety personnel with the required knowledge, skills and attitudes for the effective development, implementation and management of the Mission Aviation Safety Programme in the UN DOS supported field missions.

The course has been developed as a blended training and divided in 2 parts. The required knowledge and attitudes are taught through two (2) e-learning courses, followed by classroom / live online sessions after the completion of each part. Each module of the e-learning courses include a progress and a mastery test for reinforcing the learning process.
Part II can be completed in approximately XX hours. This includes XX hours for viewing the modules and XX hours to complete the questionnaires (Progress and Mastery).

The classroom / live online sessions help the learners to acquire the skills required for performing as an Aviation Safety Officer within the UN DOS supported missions. These sessions are scheduled after the successful completion of the modules.
